Therapy for living with persistent pain, with attention to the ways pain can affect activity, mood, sleep, relationships, and quality of life.

Headache &
Migraine

Support for people living with migraine and recurrent headache, including the uncertainty, disruption, and changes in daily life that can accompany unpredictable symptoms.

Health
Anxiety

Help with health-related fear and worry, hypervigilance to physical sensations, reassurance-seeking, difficulty tolerating uncertainty, and rebuilding trust in your body.

Disability & Physical Functioning

Support for adapting to disability and changes in physical functioning, including spinal cord injury, limb loss/amputation, changes in mobility, independence, and daily life.

Sleep &

Your health may have changed your path,
